He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gipper and Pearl Beebe Gipper; his siblings, Emma Pettit (Bill), Grace Matthews (LeRoy), Albert Gipper (Daisy), Leonard Gipper (Emma), Ralph Gipper (Edna) and Lloyd Gipper (Barbara); and his brother-in-law Lloyd Hultman.
He is survived by: his wife Marcella West; his sister Hazel Hultman of Westgate; his sister-in-law Marjorie West of Waterloo; his nieces, Deborah Rolbiecki (Allen), Pamela Schrock (Les), Theresa Lautenbach (John), Christine Gilbert (Rick) and Glenda Kane (Rex); and his nephew Daniel West (Tracy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorials may be directed to St. Edward's Church or Cedar Valley Hospice.
