He is survived by: his children, Mark Schaa (Helen) of San Diego, Kim Kubik (Dennis) of Waterloo and Kevin Schaa (Deborah) of Osage Beach, Missouri; his grandchildren, Katie King (Kevin), Kelsey Santos, Kami Fisher, Stephanie Anderson (Larry), Jeremy Schaa (Robin), Nicholas Schaa, Brandon Schaa (Sally Moen) and Melissa Bowling (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Eli, Austin, Lauren, Payton, Connor, Kennedy, Olivia, Brylen, Kinley and Zoey; and his brother Don Schaa (Gloria) of Parkersburg, Iowa..
