He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Kane and Alice Kane (Plimpton); his wife Marie Blumenshine; his son Larry Lee; and his siblings, James, Fred, William, Richard "Dick" Kane, Edith Kennison and Thelma Burke-Eschweiler.
He is survived by: his children, Candy Nardini (Jay) of Waterloo and Randy Kane (Mary Kay) of Raymond; his grandchildren, Lindsay Messerer Jr. (Michael), Kristen Kane, Landon Nardini and Emily Kane; and his great grandchildren, Rhiannon, Paisley and Afton.
Memorials may be directed to the family; a memorial fund will be established.
