He is survived by: his former spouse Peg Wilson; his children, Jason Kugler (Megan) of Janesville and Kari Harden of Jesup; his siblings, Werner Kugler (Debra) of Ocala, Fla. and Erika Spitz (Bob) of Osage; and his grandchildren, Austin, Dylan, Jocelyn, Allison Kugler, Ella, Ava Maker and Jake Harden.
