He is survived by: his wife Mary Kielty August; his children, Janice Wright of Waterloo, Lori Brockman (Mark) of Waterloo and Bruce Blough of Minneapolis, Minn.; and his brother James Blough (Dorothy) of Waterloo. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
