He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kobliska and Blanche Kobliska (Burgart); his wife Wilma Clark; his son Lynn Kobliska; and his siblings, Charlotte, Bob, Pat, John and Rosemary.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Jim Clark (Kathy) of Parkersburg, Mike Clark (Rick) of Port Richey, FL, Vicki Hendershot (Steve) of Cedar Falls and Tracy Hayes (Matt) of Prior Lake, MN; his daughter-in-law Martha Kobliska of Virginia; and his siblings, Louie Kobliska (Kathy Hanson) of New Hampton, Mike Kobliska of New Hampton, Mary Borchers of Garner and Joan Lechtenburg (Delbert) of New Hampton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
