It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys Mae Young of Waterloo, Iowa, who passed away on March 15, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Kluge and Ella Kluge (Connelly); her husband John Paul Young; and her siblings, Hazel, Norman, Roger and Gordon.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Cowley (David), Brenda and Paul (Jenny); her grandchildren, Nicole (Paul), Blaine (Emily), Aaron, Justin (Hannah), McKenna and Mason; her great grandchildren, Kolby, Bailey, Atley, Brezlin and Bronson; and her siblings, Virgil, Isabel, Angeline and Mary Lou.
Memorials may be directed to the Family and will be used for Children's Ministry.
