She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Lentzkow and Gertrude Tiedt Lentzkow; and her brother Dennis Lentzkow. She is survived by: her former spouse Diane Weiland; her nephew Jeff Lentzkow (Emily) of Cedar Falls; her niece Shelly Potter (Brian) of Cedar Falls; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacob Lentzkow of Cedar Falls, Caitlyn Lentzkow of Cedar Falls and Ella Potter of Iowa City.
