He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon S. Fassett and Ila H. Bond Fassett; and his son Gene Alan Fassett. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Albee of Waterloo; his sons, Gordon Fassett (Melody) of Clutier and Mark Fassett of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Jennifer Thompson, Jill Sires (Levi), Jodi Reisner (Shane), Liberty Grooms and Andy Fassett; and his brothers, Neil Brigson of Readlyn and Randy Fink (Sue) of Waterloo. He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice.
