He is survived by: his wife Barbara Anderson; his son Alan Neelans; his granddaughter Annette Neelans; his sons, Gary Neelans Jr. (Karla) and Allen Neelans; his grandchildren, Amanda Dains (Robert), Kyle Neelans, Brandon Neelans and Andrew Neelans; and his great grandchildren, Kaleb, Oaklyn, Lynlee, Madison, Steph and Brandon.
