He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hook; his children, Lane Folkers (Tina) of Ocean Springs, Stacy Folkers (Jerry Quint) of Waterloo and Bryan Folkers (Danna) of Des Moines; his grandchildren, Eli Dollar, Khloe Perkins (Walker), Jordan, Justin Quint (Erin Jensen), Truman Folkers, Tate Folkers and Vasi Folkers; and his great grandchild Jacob Quint.
