Bush of Cedar Falls and Dusty Bush (Manila) of Des Moines; his brothers, Randy Bush (Barb) of Waterloo and Bob Bush (Anita) of Waterloo; his stepsister Diane Monaghan (Kenny) of Denver, CO; and his grandchildren, Alanna and Jackson Bush.
