He was predeceased by: his parents, Gale A. and Hattie M. Klatt White; his daughter Sue Ellen White; and his brothers, Richard "Dick" and John White.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth White of Waterloo; and his daughter Lu Ann White (Barry Russell) of Johnston, IA. He is also survived by three brothers-in-law; one sister-in-law, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
