He is survived by: his children, Bruce Van Kerckhove (Cheryl) of Cedar Rapids, Becky McCarter (Jim) of Columbia and Barbara Earles (Dean Teeter) of Urbandale; and his stepdaughters, Carol Wisniewski of Manassas, VA and Suzanne Luers (Michael) of Loudon, TN. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
