We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Frances Carter of Waterloo, Iowa, born in Allerton, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Paterson and Marjory Paterson (Lewis); her son James Delbert; her brothers, Randall and Larry Paterson; and her great grandchild McKenzie Babcock.

She is survived by: her husband James F Carter; her children, Larry Carter (Denise) of Cedar Falls, Michael Carter (Kathleen) of Waterloo and Marjorie Babcock of Schaller; and her grandchildren, Kenny, Dennis (Lora), Jordan (Sarah), Stephan, Dylan Carter (Hailey), Ami Roeding (Jeremy), Cori Hill (Chad), Jesi Tank (Wade), Joe Babcock (Amber Pearson) and Brandi Shephard. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
