He is survived by: his mother Norma Jean Forsyth (Hunter) of Waterloo; and his sisters, Connie Loffredo (Craig) of Waterloo, Sally Schueler (Darin) of Waterloo and Shelly Gartley of Waterloo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
