She is survived by: her children, Marty Balvanz (Yvonne Ellefson) of Hawkeye, Virginia Krull (Kurt) of Cedar Falls, Cherie Vetter (AJ) of Sandy Valley, NV, Pamela Piccolo of Scottsdale, AZ and Barbara Cozad of Phoenix, AZ; her grandchildren, Michael Balvanz (Roxanne), Kaylin Krull, John Balvanz (Katie), Tim Balvanz, Angela Balvanz (Dennis Kamp, Jr.), Joshua Hinde (Jill), Chad Piccolo and Justin Cozad (Michelle); her great grandchildren, Kinsley, Lily, Keeley, Kendall, Harper, Emersyn, Brittney, Alexis, Finneran, Sage and Iley; her brother Richard "Dick" Levendusky (Betty) of Waterloo; and her close friend Cindy Balvanz of Waterloo.
