He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Henriksen and Dolores Henriksen (Schlampp); his siblings, Donna Henriksen and Robert "Buck" Henriksen; and his brother-in-law Don Knudsen.
He is survived by: his former wife Becky Chilcote; his children, Todd Henriksen (Sarah) of Savage and Tami Bartz (Tim) of Hendersonville, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Taylor Klein (Bryn), Tana Bowman (Bryce), Teagan Bartz, Megan Curley (Tony), Morgan Henriksen and Marina Henriksen; his great grandchildren, Kasen Klein, Beckett Bowman, Braxton Curley and Brynlee Curley; and his sister Dorothy Knudsen of Cedar Falls.
