She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Mettlin and Mary Lucy Mettlin (Everett); her husband Norman Scott Frye; her daughter Jiana Norman; her daughter-in-law Lanette Frye; and her siblings, Earl, Floyd, Harold Mettlin, Mary Blech and Jennie Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Dean Frye of Independence; and her son-in-law Gary Petersen of Waterloo. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren & 7 great great grandchildren.
