It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Joe Slutter (Waterloo, Iowa), born in Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on October 27, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Joseph and Mary Jane Slutter (Holcomb); and his brother Baron John "BJ" Slutter. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Seemann; his children, Troy Seemann (Andrea Bly) of Waterloo, Brian Slutter (Heather) of Evansdale and Jennifer Mangel (Matthew) of Waterloo; and his sisters, Penney Roses of Las Vegas, NV, Valorie Gern of Haslet, TX, Vera Abrahmson of Georgetown, KY and Pam Niedert of Mason City. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
