Earl Stattelman Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 23, 2025, at the age of 84, Earl Stattelman of Waterloo, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin G. Stattelman and Evelyn L. Stattelman (Wolf); his wife Ellamae Huppert; and his brothers, Gary and Lawrence Stattelman.

He is survived by: his children, Terry Wooden (Duane) of Hudson, Patrick Stattelman of Waterloo and Allan Stattelman (Patricia Slick) of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Bradley Wooden of Hudson and Stephanie Hoppe (Jared) of Washburn; his great grandchildren, Eli Freeman, Ava and Dallas Hoppe; and his sister Gail Boyle. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Locke Garden View Chapel (3655 Logan Ave, Waterloo, IA 50703). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
