We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2024, at the age of 88, Dorothy McQuown of Waterloo, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mathiasch and Dorothy Strohm Mathiasch; her sons, Robert "Rick" Benson and Jarrod Benson, Jr.; and her son-in-law Rick Edwards.

She is survived by: her children, Mike Benson (Liz), Joe McQuown-Hovey (Darwin), Becky Angle (Terry) and Kathy Edwards; and her daughter-in-law Sondra Benson. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and special friends.
