He is survived by: his daughter Robin Booth (Ricky) of Ridgeway, MO; his stepdaughter Christina Anderson (Bruce) of Waterloo; his grandsons, Caleb, Mason Booth, Demarieo Mohorn and Andrew Anderson; his siblings, Dwayne of Las Vegas, Richard (Ida) of Chariton, IA, Robert (Barbara) of Thompson Falls, MT, Diane Irving (Buck) of Chariton and Kathy Lockhard of Afton, IA; and his brother-in-law Ron Sutton of Henderson, NC. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
