He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Herbsleb and Viola Herbsleb; and his children, Steven and Tamara Sorenson (Tim) of Texas. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Barnett; his son Mark Herbsleb (Paige) of Iowa; and his grandchildren, Joshua Sorenson, Anna Grimes (Ben), Heather Maakestad (Kyle), Leah Morrisett, Haley Holscher (Brian), Logan Herbsleb, Luke Herbsleb, Skyler Herbsleb and Mallory Herbsleb. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
