He was predeceased by: his father Donald Dean. He is survived by: his mother Karol Ann Mintey, Sr. (Schmidt) of Waterloo; his girlfriend Tami Reuter of Evansdale; and his siblings, Kenneth Mintey (Julie) of New Hartford, Daryle Mintey of Waterloo and Dawn Baker of Waterloo. He is also survived by many cousins aunts and uncles.
