He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Henry and Dolly Henry (Harmon); his siblings, Darwin, Charles Henry and Thelma Klatt; and his nephew Ernie Klatt.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Jenkins; his children, Timothy Henry (Dawn), Chris Burrell (Rick), Susie Thompson (Brian Quirk) and Missy McNeal (Duane); his grandchildren, Amy, Casey, Ben, Courtney, Emma, Korrie, Colin, Jared, Lucas, Lily and Logan; his great grandchildren, Dylan, Claire, Cameron, Archer, Olivia, Brady, Crosby, Caroline, Weston, Timmy and CeCe; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Mae Patchin, Juanita Henry and Terry Jenkins (Shelia).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Sullivan Hartogh Davis Cedar Valley Honor Flight or to Last Hope Animal Rescue of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
