He is survived by: his significant other Shirley Tangen of Waterloo; his siblings, Sheila Williams (Shane) of Evansdale, Bruce Mummelthie of Evansdale, Steve Mummelthie (Linda) and Allen Mummelthie of Waterloo; and his stepbrother Troy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
