He is survived by: his children, Lori Gene Hansen (Scott) of Antioch, Sarah Lynn Kubik of Waterloo and Jay Garthoff of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Courtney Hansen, Ashley Kubik and Jaden Howard; and his great grandchild Kellcyn Kubik.
