He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell E. Duryee and Agnes Duryee (Peacock); his children, Mark Duryee and Melissa Peterson; and his sister Linda Nelson.
He is survived by: his grandsons, Austin Corson (Mariah) of Waterloo and Aaron Corson of Cedar Falls; his great grandchild Jaxson Corson of Waterloo; and his niece Rene Nelson of New Hampton.
