He was predeceased by: his parents, Buster Caldwell and Dorothy Burkett Caldwell; and his brother Philip Caldwell Sr.. He is survived by: his former wives, Judith Marshall and Reba Hill; his children, Craig Caldwell (Carolyn), Wardell Hooks (Michele) and Shawna Roath (Damon); and his siblings, Mariah Askew, Bobbie Jean Frazier (Memphis) and James Strong. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and seven greatgrandchildren.
