He is survived by: his parents, Harry Foster and Kate Schlichting Foster; his spouse Phyllis Flynn; and his children, William Foster (Deborah) of Otter Tail, Minn Foster, Darwin Foster of Waterloo, Nancy Foster of San Diego, Calif Masker and Della Kay Masker (Tim) of Readlyn. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; thirty three great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
