He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Parks and Louise Parks (Marshall); and his children, Leanne Arlene Beach, Roger Lee Parks and James Ray Parks.
He is survived by: his daughter Carla Dice of Healdton; his grandchildren, Shawn Seals, Zach Jones and Josh Jones; and his brother Jerry Parks (Phyllis) of Duncan. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
