It is with great sadness that we announce the death of DeAnna Lane of Waterloo, Iowa, born in San Diego, California, who passed away on January 8, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Poyner and Mardean Poyner (Lockey); her brother Russell Poyner; and her siblings-in-law, Dusty Kehoe and Cathy Poyner.

She is survived by: her husband Roger Lane; her children, Shelly Mallin of Waterloo, Lisa McCunniff (Brad) of Cedar Falls and Randy Lane (Lorraine) of Colorado Springs, CO; her grandchildren, Mikaela Mallin (Richie Korneisel), Kendra Mallin, Bronson Lane, RyLee Lane and Elicia Lane; her siblings, Rita Kehoe, Darwin Poyner and Cecil Poyner (Polly Eide); and her sister-in-law Kathryn Poyner.
