Pegees (Matlock); her grandchildren, Antonio Hardy, Depre Owens, Tremaine Toles, Marquarius Johnson, Keshawn Outlaw, Michael Holmes, Deshone Outlaw Jr., Laelanya, Labria, Lakisha Outlaw, Laquilla Holmes, Raveone Johnson, Shykeeshia, Brittany Outlaw, Dayshone and Lashia Outlaw; her husband Willie Outlaw of Waterloo; her children, Mary Hopkins (Jimmie) of O'Fallon, MO, Kelvin Outlaw of Waterloo, Calvin Outlaw (Stephanie) of Waterloo, Barbara Outlaw-Fisher (Ernest) of Waterloo, Deshone Outlaw (Amy) of Waterloo, Willie James Outlaw (Leondrah) of Waterloo and Lamar Trendale Outlaw (Andrea) of Oxford, WI; and her siblings, Sammy Matlock (Wilma) of Waterloo, William Matlock of Milwaukee, WI, John Spates of Waterloo, Cononius Waters and Annie Thrower of Rockford, IL. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
