He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Barrett; his daughters, Dorothy "Dottie" Roy (Rodney) of Grand Marais, MN and Deenie Higgins (Danny); his grandchildren, Christine "Christie" Curtis (Ashley) of Grand Marais, MN, Amy Kriz (Kyle) of Dysart, Mark Higgins (Alisa) of Cedar Falls and Breana Roy of Grand Marais, MN; his great grandchildren, Kash, Addison "Addie" Kriz of Dysart and Axton Curtis of Grand Marais, MN; his sisters, Harriett Huffman of Texas and Carolyn Waggoner (Elwin) of Michigan; and his sister-in-law Judy Drake of Papillion, Neb. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
