He is survived by: his wife Diane Shindley of Waterloo, Iowa; his daughter Heather Anthofer (Derek) of Dedham, Iowa; his grandchildren, Brylie, Eli and Khloe; and his uncles, Jack Beard and David Shindley. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
