She was predeceased by: her parent Alyn H. VanderSluis; her stepfather Jesse Boatright; and her nephew Shaun Krueger. She is survived by: her mother Sandra J. Emanuel VanderSluis; her grandchildren, Shelly Berhends (Jason), Sierra Patterson, Eric Spain, Lilly and Samantha; her sisters, Bobbi Johnson (Martin) and Jody VanderSluis; her niece Staci Rutsch (Andrew); and her nephew John Paul Burtch. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
