With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darcia Duffy of Waterloo, Iowa, born in Fairmont, Minnesota, who passed away on January 12, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Tourtellott and Marleen Tourtellott (Prull); and her brother Franklin Tourtellott. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Duffy of Waterloo; her children, Holly Brown (Shane Witt) of Waterloo, April Powell (Greg) of Solon Springs, WI and Ian Duffy (Sarah Johnson) of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Tristan Bergmann, Kenna Bergmann and Jonas Duffy; her sister Dawn Hitsman (Terry) of Boone; and her siblings-in-law, Sue Tourtellott of Boone, Elizabeth Aneweer of Waterloo and Tony Duffy of Waterloo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
