He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace McMillan and Inez Bing McMillan; his sister Jacquie Smith; and his niece Ginger Lavenz. He is survived by: his wife Jorja Wood; his children, Lori McMillan and Dale McMillan of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Brittany Finnegan, Nick Sage, Shane Sage, Hunter Pearce, Brady Bondner, Shae Sheperd, Austin McMillan and Morgan Wilson; his nephew Denny Smith (Kathy) of Waukesha; and his niece Tina Britt of Des Moines. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
