Dale R. Watters Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raleigh Watters and Agnes Faulkner Watters; his wives, Agnes Rose and Donna Ann Rose (Rubino); his stepdaughter Diana Rubino; his stepdaughter-in-law Fredricka Tharp; and his siblings, Ethel Aschenbrenner, Ruth Oliphant, Gordon, Elvin "Bud", Pete and Wilber.

He is survived by: his stepchildren, Jack Tharp of Beloit, WI, Jerry Tharp of Grinnell, Frank Rubino (Elaine) of Waterloo, Rick Rubino of Richardson, TX, Garry Rubino (Marilyn) of Mead, OK, Dino Rubino (Dawn) of Waterloo and LuAnn Diers (Mike) of Kyle, TX. He is also survived by many step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
