She was predeceased by: her parents, Laurence Neessen and Maureen Valentine Neessen. She is survived by: her siblings, Gary Neessen of Waterloo, IA, Carol Brainerd (Jim) of Bettendorf, IA, Vicki Tjepkes (Mike) and Debra Ammiano. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
