It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Courtney Dawn Elsbernd (Waterloo, Iowa), who passed away on November 10, 2019, at the age of 27, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Leonard and Catherine Showers; and her great-grandparents, Clifford, Lola McKinley, Lon, Jennie Showers, Herman and Erna Elsbernd.
She is survived by: her parents, Shawn D. Elsbernd and Karen M. Showers Elsbernd; her brother Cory Elsbernd of Denver; and her grandparents, Daniel and Cheryl Elsbernd of Walker. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
