She is survived by: her father Willie Purnell; her sons, Jerome Dale (Kelsey) of Waterloo, Leroy Ladd of Waterloo, Jeremy Williams of Waterloo, Cornelius Brown of Waterloo and Justin Dale of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Monte Jordan, Layla Ladd, Akeria Dale, Maya Dale and Serenity Dale; and her siblings, Eugene McCray (Kim), Diane Reed (Larry), Lee Henley (Teresa), Katie Berry, William Henley, Robert Jackson (Krista) and Willie Lee Purnell Jr..
