It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clyde Charles Johnson of Waterloo, Iowa, who passed away on December 6, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alben Johnson and Elsie Johnson; his brothers, Elmer and Alvin; and his son Ron.
He is survived by: his wife Goldie Becker of Waterloo, IA; his children, Judy Wells (Dennis) of Sarasota, FL, Rich Johnson (Kathy) of Peoria, IL and Randy Johnson (Shelly) of Grundy Center, IA; his daughter-in-law Joshalyn Johnson of Waterloo, IA; and his grandchildren, Phillip Jones (Rhonda) of Plainfield, IA, Jeff Jones of Alta, IA, Matthew Johnson (Donna) of St. Charles, IL, Brea Anne Bentley (Dan) of Edina, MN, Brooke Travis (Nick) of Miami, FL, Emilee Johnson of Des Moines, IA, Joseph Johnson of Grundy Center, IA, Gretchen Madden of Wellsburg, IA, Elyse Johnson of Grundy Center, IA, Chassidi Martin (Brion) of Waterloo, IA and Travis Ferguson (Katherine Macht) of Cedar Rapids, IA. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
For those attending the visitation and/or funeral a mask and social distancing will be required. Unfortunately, due to Covid- 19, there will be no funeral luncheon following Clyde's services.
