He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene LaFlamme and Leda LaFlamme (Pouliot); his wife Edna LaFlamme; his daughters, Lisa Boeker (John), Sandra Hall (Zach), Barbara Sorgani (John), Karen Wisman, Kathy Russell (Mark), Theresa Chavez (Dennis), Michele LaFlamme (Mark Woolson) and Pamela LaFlamme; and his siblings, Daniel LaFlamme (Connie), Gemma Theberge, Blandine Alvey, Helen Belanger (Victor), Monica Smedberg (Bernard), Rachel Michaud (Edward), Teresa Clark, Sr. (William), Simonne LaFlamme, Blanche Idarola, Sr. (Mike) and Bernadette LaFlamme. He was also cherished by his 16 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
