He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur L. Trask and Blanche A. Trask (Johnson). He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Bunston; his children, Connie Trask of Waterloo, Anne Usher (Jay) of Cedar Falls and Michael Trask (Lynnette) of Kansas City, KS; and his grandchildren, Cody Trask, Kelsey and Lucas Usher.
