He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Woods and Bernice Woods (Keegan); and his siblings, Gordon, Ronald, Richard and Donna Woods.
He is survived by: his children, Tim (Dorthy) of New Hartford, Terry of Raymond, Ted (Cindy) of Dunkerton, Tom (Terrie) of Sherwood, AR, Tony (Janet) of Gilbertville and Tammy Woods of New Hartford; his stepchildren, Lori Hinders (Tony) of Waverly and Greg Brinkman (Amy) of Des Moines; and his brother Warren Woods (Gloria) of Hudson. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
