It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil R. McAllister of Waterloo, Iowa, born in Amagon, Arkansas, who passed away on December 1, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil McAllister and Bonnie J. McAllister (Earls); and his brother Clinton Scroggins. He is survived by: his children, Christina Carney of Monticello, Charlina Hurt of Cedar Rapids, Holly Hintzman (Craig) of Cedar Falls and Heidi Engelbrecht (Craig) of Seattle, WA; and his brothers, David Scroggins of Waterloo and Rodger Scroggins of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
