We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2020, at the age of 82, Carroll L. Strubel (Waterloo, Iowa), born in Oelwein, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Hall and Irene Allen Hall; her husband Louis J. Strubel Jr.; her siblings, Jim Hall, Margie Dugan, Helen Frye and Margaret Jacobsen; and her niece Debra Buckendahl.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Schipper (David) of Plainfield, Laura Paulsen (Mark) of Cedar Park and Lance Strubel (Cindi) of Yuma; her sister-in-law Velma Hall of Harpers Ferry; and her niece Cheryl Spragg. She is also survived by four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
