Carol Condit Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carol Condit (Waterloo, Iowa), born in West Allis, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 11, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Carol is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Carol's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Harsh and Viola Harsh (Brix); her husband Robert B. Condit; her children, James E. Smith and Loreen Smith; and her stepson Jeffrey Condit.
She is survived by: her son Bill Smith (Katie Boyle) of Tucson, AZ; her son-in-law Dwight Smith of Cedar Falls; and her stepdaughter Jodie Shirley (Rodney) of Houston, TX. She is also survived by 6 step grandchildren, and 8 step great-grandchildren.
